INSURANCE

If you have a PPO or out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for my services. I will provide you with an invoice containing the coding and information required so that you can submit your claim. Prior to meeting with me, I encourage you to contact your insurance company to see if your plan covers “out-of-network mental health providers.”

You may want to ask your insurance company these questions: 

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health (or behavioral health) insurance benefits?

  • What is my out of network deductible (if any) and has it been met yet by other medical expenses?

  • What is the coverage amount (or percentage) per therapy session?

PAYMENT

I accept credit card, cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle for payments. Payment is collected at the end of each session.
